Social Programme fees

Conference dinner has a separate fee of 100 EUR. Ticket for the dinner can be purchased/reserved while registering or by email after the initial registration (subject to availability).

Get-Together is inclusive to all congress attendees. Registration for it is done via the registration form to help with organisation of the event, so please remember to register for the Get-Together as well.

Get-Together: Clarion Hotel Helsinki, Wednesday 21st April, 18:00-20:00

Conference Dinner: TBA, Thursday 22nd April, 19:00-0:00

Payment of registration fees

Online payment:

• The following payment methods are accepted: Credit cards Visa and Mastercard (no prepaid cards) and Google Pay.
• Connection is secure between the registration system and the payment service provider during the online payments.
• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received.
• Invoice/receipt will be provided after the payment.

Bank transfer (invoice payment):

• Invoicing fee EUR 19 will be added to all invoices sent. Invoices will be sent as PDFs via email.
• Note that an additional fee of EUR 19 will be charged for any changes made to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or additional data not given during registration).
• The invoice reference number must show as identification on bank transactions.
• The invoice will include all necessary international bank information for the bank transfer.
• All bank charges should be covered by the payer.
• Registration and other reservations will be confirmed only once a full payment has been received.
• Receipt will be provided after the payment.

Cancellation policy and insurance

• For cancellations made by or on 24th March 2027, full refund (EUR 50 handling fee will be deducted).
• For cancellations made after 24th March 2027, no refunds will be made.

All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to the conference participant services norna2027@confedent.fi.

100% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation. There will be no refund offered for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.

The conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organizers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organizing committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
