NORNA Congress 2027 offers companies a unique opportunity to connect with perioperative nurses, clinical experts, nurse educators, researchers, managers and decision-makers from the Nordic countries and beyond.


The congress brings together professionals working in operating rooms and perioperative care to share knowledge, strengthen clinical practice and promote high-quality, safe and evidence-based surgical care. For companies, the congress provides a focused and meaningful setting to present products, services and innovations to a highly relevant professional audience.


By becoming a sponsor or exhibitor, your company will have the opportunity to:

Sponsorship and exhibition packages are available at different levels. Each package offers visibility before and during the congress, as well as opportunities to meet congress participants in person.


Sponsor and exhibition packages are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

NORNA Congress 2027 is aimed at perioperative nurses, operating room nurses, nurse educators, clinical specialists, researchers, managers and other professionals involved in perioperative care.

The congress audience includes both frontline professionals and experts who influence clinical practice, education, development work and purchasing decisions in their organizations.

Pre-event SOLD OUT

1 500 €

We offer the opportunity to organize a separate pre-event in connection with the congress.

The company is responsible for planning, organizing and covering all costs related to the pre-event, including the venue, catering, technical arrangements, and any other practical costs.

The congress organizer will include the pre-event in the congress program and communication channels. The content and timing of the pre-event must be agreed in advance with the organizing committee to ensure that it is suitable for the congress's audience.

Only one pre-event opportunity is available.

Payment and Booking Terms

All prices are listed excluding VAT. VAT will be added according to Finnish legislation.

All payments will be made by invoice. The invoice will be issued by FORNA – Finnish Operating Room Nurses Association – on behalf of the NORNA Congress 2027 Local Organizing Committee.

Sponsor and exhibition packages are confirmed upon booking. The full payment, 100%, will be invoiced after the booking has been confirmed.

Bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The invoice must be paid within 2 weeks after it is issued. All sponsorship and exhibition payments must be completed no later than two weeks before the NORNA 2027 Congress.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Payments are non-refundable after the booking has been confirmed.
